PRE HUNG DOOR MANUFACTURING

We offer a wide range of standard & custom pre-hung door kits including swinging doors used as fire doors, internal doors as well as custom made frames and designer architraves to suit all applications. Types include single swing & paired swing doors double doors. Features include structural welded internal frame with ball bearing hinges, operating hardware & locking devices, bearings & grease fittings, nylon brush seal sweep & security hinges. Also available a range of automatic door closer's and a full range of hardware's to choose from to add to your door to suit all regulations and needs.

Our stock offering includes thousands of interior doors in over 20 different styles, along with trim, hardware and jamb options. With our pre-hanging and custom capabilities, your options become endless.

TRADE

We manufacture and supply to all trades a wide range of styles and quality internal doors including oak, walnut and white primed doors along with a selection of FD30 fire doors.

Our workshop manufactures over 100 door sets per day, dealing in both the Irish and the UK door market to carpenters, builders, housing developments etc

Our high end machinery means that all cuts drilling etc are perfect every time with out any flaws or issues

HOUSING ESTATES

We can offer a sample door to suit your development and from time of order a 10 day turn around time on selected doors

All doors kits can be tailor made to suit your requirements and needs

 REFURBISHMENTS

If you are refurbishing your home or a small/medium size builder we can offer you a large range of over 200 door styles in 4 different colors from Primed White, Walnut, Oak and Red Deal. A full range of architrave in any style to suit you and your clients

SAMPLES

Need a sample, no problem. We can manufacture your sample for your project with a quick turnaround. Simple send us your specification of what you you need by filling out out order form in the navigation bar and we will be in touch. Samples are charged at agreed price before manufacturing.
